Simple Elegance

Our Simple Elegance package is intended for those that would like to do all of the planning on their own, but want a stylish professional to handle the execution of their event. With the Simple Elegance package, YPE will provide:

• Preliminary meeting to gather the details from the couple.
• A monthly timeline for event.
• A guideline of general event etiquette; including invitations, processional, traditions, etc.
• Two in-person meetings of two hours each.
• At least one of these meetings will include a site walkthrough to get a feel for your vision of the event. These meetings can also be used for planning or visits to vendors.
• Organization and management of entire event including rehearsals.
• Contact and coordination with all contracted vendors.
• Set-up of all event essentials not handled by some vendors (ex. favors, escort cards, programs, guestbook, table numbers, etc.)
• Production of a customized planning checklist to organize preparations before the big day.
• Monthly e-mail “check-ins” with the client to ensure that all planning is coming up to speed.
• Unlimited contact via phone and email from the time of contract.
• 8 hours of undivided attention on the day of the event.
